We are confident in our products and our top goal is to make you feel confident wearing and using them! We hope you love shopping at Lillys In Bloom Boutique, so we strive to make our customers happy. Our return policy is as follows:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item so we can make it right.
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
- Items are received by Lillys In Bloom no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.
- All jewelry and sale items are final sale.

How will I get my refund?
You may request store credit or a full refund to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued in the form of a E-Gift Card. Please allow 3 days after your return is received for the gift card to be issued. Refunds to the original form of payment will be processed within 5 business days of the return item being received.
